Transaction Media Networks Inc. and its group companies (hereinafter referred to as the "Group") will maintain the confidentiality, integrity, and availability*1 of personal information, trade secrets and other information entrusted to the Group by customers and various other stakeholders, systems for protecting and managing such information (hereinafter referred to as "information assets"), and maintain a safe and stable management.
In addition to maintaining information security, the Group will continue to develop and evolve the information asset protection system by flexibly responding to changes in society and technology, incorporating the latest knowledge and technology, and pursue a higher level of security and reliability.
Compliance with Laws and Contractual Requirements
The Group complies with laws and regulations related to information security, national guidelines, and other relevant norms (industry guidelines, etc.) and contractual obligations.
Maintaining the Information Security Management System
To appropriately handle the information assets entrusted to the Group by customers and various other stakeholders, the Group will clarify items to work on by each Group company and will manage them safely by complying with the information security management system.
Similarly, the Group will manage and supervise outsourcing companies to maintain its security level.
Implementation of Information Security Measures
The Group will strive to prevent information security incidents, and will take appropriate measures in the event of violations of laws and regulations, contracts, or accidents related to information security to prevent recurrence.
Communication and Education of Information Security Measures
The Group will continuously provide education and training to make all officers and employees aware of the importance of information security, and to ensure information security.
Continuous Improvement
The Group regularly evaluates the management system of information security measures and the implementation status of matters to be addressed, and strives to continuously maintain and improve them.
